Since there are not very many high rise, doorman buildings in Brookline, this one is a good option with very friendly building staff and decent sized apartments.

Well maintained building with excellent views of Boston from the upper floors. Excellent amenities including friendly doormen, a small gym and full size indoor pool.

“White glove” building with 24/7 doorman; responsive and friendly staff. Apartments are generous in size, intelligently laid out. Small exercise room; very nice indoor pool; very nice function room; washer and dryer on each floor. Residents are friendly.

We lived there and found the apartments relatively spacious – look for one with open kitchen – wonderful doormen; great neighborhood. Good Chinese takeout, shopping, easy transportation on the “T”. Would live there again in a heartbeat!!
